What each chart should contain
Material, tool family, diameter, flute count, RPM range, chip load, calculated feed, indicative depth of cut, cooling or extraction and validation source.
MVP materials
MDF, plywood, acrylic and aluminium composite. Other materials remain out of scope until their data is verified.
How to use the charts
Select the machine, material and operation first. Start within the conservative range, test on scrap, and monitor sound, vibration, heat and finish.
Limits and precautions
No generic value replaces manufacturer limits, machine rigidity, collet condition or proper workholding.
